Youth Ministry

The mission of the Holiness Tabernacle Youth Department is to assist in the spiritual development and growth of young people ages 2 – 17 as they grow into the future church of tomorrow while actively participating today.

Youth Department Meetings

Sunshine Band and Purity Class meetings are held on 3rd Saturdays from 9-11am.

In the Sunshine Band, there is age appropriate biblical teaching taught through bible stories, verses, songs, activities as well as church protocol, participation, moral values and character. The Sunshine Band will let there light shine before men that they may see their good works and glorify their father in heaven. Train up a child in the way that he should go and when he old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6 

In the Purity Class we discuss current events, learn how to conduct ourselves in church, as well as discuss biblical principles to aide us in everyday living.

Youth in Ministry

The Youth Department is responsible for leading worship service every other 4th Thursday of each month. At this time, our youth preside, pray, read the Word of God, conduct praise and worship and receive the offering. They also are given the opportunity to display in a variety of ways the lessons learned at our monthly youth meetings.
